Sounds Yummy, not a fan of yogurt smoothies but almond milk might actually create another fan, besides who doesn’t like blueberries (I know the price for them sucks)
It was so tasty! I’m not a big yogurt smoothie fan either. I use regular almond milk but there is also vanilla too. Love me some blueberries when I can find a good deal (our local Farmer’s Market). Yum!
It looks really yummy! So tell me, why the chia seeds?
Ohh it was good! I’ll be writing about chia seeds here shortly. But in the meantime chia seeds have a nutty flavor and are a superfood. Excellent source of fiber, protein, omega-3’s and more.
One question… is there any thing I could replace the bananas with? I am allergic so that will not work for me unfortunately.
The only thing I can think of off the top of my head would be silken tofu. Not sure what else can take the place of bananas.
