Here are my lousy workouts for this week LOL Hopefully while we are vacationing I’ll be able to keep quite active. Will keep you updated.

Monday- Day off

The plan was to do the elliptical but once again we have a problem with it. This is the 2nd one they have delivered with an issue. Maybe 3rd time will be a charm?

Yea, the elliptical works!
Saturday-Sunday- Day off
I hit the goal of 5 miles for the Pile on the Miles challenge this week (#POTM on Twitter). Very proud of myself for doing that. Won’t be able to check in this coming week for that challenge since we’ll be traveling but that’s OK. Lots to do before we leave this week so I have a lot of guest posts planned for you this week.
