Weekly Weigh In: March 25

Weekly Weigh-In time!  Lost another pound.  I’m happy about that and hope I can keep the numbers going down.

Current weight: 215
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 75

28 lbs left to get back down to my lowest (187) so that is my goal by the end of 2009.

    Congratulations on another weight loss this week.
    Why don’t you start taking a picture of the scales every week showing your weight at your weekly weigh ins. I started doing this a few weeks ago and it really motivates you to work harder because you feel like you need to show your readers that you are making a loss each week.
    Keep up the good work and I’ve no doubt that those 28 pounds will be gone well before the end of 2009.

    Keith, taking a picture of the scale sounds like an interesting concept. I’m thinking that might help as would becoming a food blogger and basically taking photos of my meals. Still debating that one!
