I need to challenge myself this week so here is what I plan to do.
In addition to my regular goal of at least 5 days of exercise for the week which includes 3 days of Turbo Kick and 2 days of Spin class at the gym, I will challenge myself to do 3-4 miles of in-home or outdoor walking and/or cardio equipment every day as well.
I have also been slacking on my water consumption so I am going to challenge myself to keep track of my water intake to make sure I am drinking at least 9 glasses a day.
I will also keep up with my daily food and exercise journals.
