Exercise challenge update for 6/23-6/29 2008

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

I set an exercise challenge for myself for this week and did really well.  My goal was to do 3-4 miles a day in addition to my normal Turbo Kick and Spin class workouts.  It looks like the only day I didn’t meet the goal was today, Sunday.  I was exhausted when I woke up this morning plus I had a horrible headache but hubby pushed me through and told me to just suck it up LOL

I also had a goal to get back on track with my water intake and didn’t do so well with that.  I did keep track of my water daily but only surpassed 9 glasses on Monday and Wednesday.  The other days I had at least 7 glasses.  I’ll work harder this week.

Kept up really well with my exercise and daily food journals.

I’ll be planning another exercise challenge in the next few weeks so keep your eyes open for that.

How did you do this week?

WOW what a great challenge. You are so determined and motivated and truly an inspiration.

I am just now getting back into exercising. I’ve been a runner from Middle School up until my last year of College then I jogged off and on — now that I am 38, I feel the need to pick up the trade again (ole cellulite is coming).

Today I did a walk/run combination up to 1.37 miles and it felt great but I am already feeling lazy at the mere thought of doing it before work tomorrow 🙁

just a note to say hello. Saw your comment on my site for the Powerbar drink. Is that turbo kick class a weight training workout?? Sounds like you need some barbells in your routine and the weight will come off!
