Happy Easter and Workouts for the week

Happy Easter! Today the gym was closed so we went for a nice long trail walk at the local state park.  It was a bit chilly out but it was nice.  Trail walks are always a bit hard on me but I pushed and made it through.  Here are some pictures I took with my brand new camera.

Time: 1 hour 12 minutes
Miles: 5
Calories burned: 613

*Walk Outside
Time: 20 min.

Wednesday-

*Walk Outside
Time: 20 min.

*Elliptical
Time: 20 min.
Miles:
Calories burned: 224

*Spin/Core class
Time: 56 min.
Calories burned: 527

Thursday-

*Walk outside
Time: 20 min.

Friday-

*Walk Away the Pounds The Big Burn 2 mile (with weighted gloves)
Time: 31 min.
Miles: 2
Calories burned: 312

*Walk outside
Time: 20 min.

Saturday-

*Spin class
Time: 1 hour 8 min.
Calories burned: 670

Sunday-

*Walk Outside (Moraine Hills State Park trail)
Time: 1 hour 18 min.
Miles: 3.5
Calories burned: 416

Great week!  It’s off to take a nap on this lazy Easter Sunday.

    Angie, great pictures. What camera are you using? I like the colors. This trail reminds me of a state park close by. I have gotten a little lost when I go onto the trails. The main paved path is a 5 mile walk.

    Glad you mentioned this. I may revisit that place. The guys go there to fish. I could go with them to walk! Thanks!

    Mary: My new camera is a FujiFilm Fine Pix Z20. It was more than I wanted to spend however hubby did the research and thought I should get it. I still have a lot of playing around to do with it.

    WOW a 5 mile trail walk? Let me know when you decide to go and how it goes and don’t forget your water.
