No loss this week. Not doing so well in the eating department. I need to get back on track and paying more attention to portions and the types of food choices I’m making.

First I have to say that you are such an inspiration to me Angie…you always have been. No matter what you always keep going and plugging away. I wish I could be determined and focused enough to do the same thing. I give up way too easily and fall back into my old eating habits and no exercise. It’s so frustrating how easily I throw in the towel. I am happy I came across an email with your blog URL in it because I honestly forgot about this blog! I’m hoping that checking in here on a regular basis will keep my butt motivated! Keep up the great work. 🙂
