It’s good to be home and working out in the home gym again although I’m pretty proud of myself for sticking with the hotel workouts while I was traveling. So here are my workouts for the week. Decent but not as good as I would have liked. I will try harder this week.
I’m looking at possibly doing double time in March meaning I would do 3 to 5 days of morning and evening workouts. Going to see how I could plan that out. Will let you know what I decide.

I have done some form of exercise every day so far in February. This is definitely a challenge since I’m used to taking 1-2 days off normally. I definitely would like to stick with doing something every day. I will probably do 5 days of various cardio and include good weight/ab workouts and then on my 2 light days, do bands, something outside or just something quick.
