Not As Planned

This week definitely didn’t go as planned AND my exercise every day in February streak went out the window.  I had every intention to do something every day this month but that just didn’t happen.

However I did well with some type of exercise 22 days in a row so I am really proud of that. Thanks Lynn at Traveling Low Carb for the challenge.

So here are my workouts for the week…

Monday-

*Lower body band workout

Tuesday-

*Walk Away the Pounds DVD (Walk Slim Fast Start 2 mile)
Time: 35 min.
Miles: 2
Calories burned: 453

Wednesday-

*Upper body (band)

Thurs-Sun- OFF due to pulled muscle in shoulder

I’m really looking forward to March.  It’s National Nutrition month so it will be good to focus on eating better.  I welcome any guest posts on nutrition this month from other healthy living bloggers/websites.  Get in touch with me if you’re interested.
