This week definitely didn’t go as planned AND my exercise every day in February streak went out the window. I had every intention to do something every day this month but that just didn’t happen.
However I did well with some type of exercise 22 days in a row so I am really proud of that. Thanks Lynn at Traveling Low Carb for the challenge.
So here are my workouts for the week…
*Lower body band workout
*Walk Away the Pounds DVD (Walk Slim Fast Start 2 mile)

*Upper body (band)
Thurs-Sun- OFF due to pulled muscle in shoulder
