My Workouts for the Week of 6/30-7/6 2008

50 min. Turbo Kick class

Tuesday-
15 min. Elliptical
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Wednesday-
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
60 min. Spin class (special class)

Saturday-
60 min. Spin class
15 min. Treadmill
15 min. Weights

Sunday-
50 min. Spin class
15 min. Weights
60+ min. mowing lawn

It felt like a great workout week although food consumption and portion control was not that great.  I was over calorie goal 3 days but I’ll get back to normal this week.
