Today’s tip: Commitment
If you want something bad enough, go after it. Make a promise to yourself and write up your own personal contract. You need to place this somewhere that you’ll see it often. How about the refrigerator, the bathroom mirror or in your home office? Make a copy and put it in your purse, wallet or car. The point of this is to keep you focused on your goal.

Commitment is always my downfall. Well that and losing motivation. I need help learning how to stay committed to my healthy lifestyle/exercise routine. I go gung ho for the first couple months, lose a bunch of weight but then give up because it stops coming off so fast and I just lose that commitment to do it.
