My Workouts for the Week of 7/14-7/20 2008

50 min. Turbo Kick class

Tuesday-
50 Stability ball crunches

Wednesday-
50 Stability ball crunches
50 min. Turbo Kick class

Thursday-
Day Off

Friday-
20 min. Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout with weighted gloves

Saturday-
Day Off

Sunday-
Day Off

This week was crazy. I definitely didn’t meet my goal of 5 days of exercise. I know I’ll get back to my normal workouts but I truly needed the break.

    i did pretty good, mon. i went to weightlifting class, tues. i went to yoga, weds. i went to yoga, thurs. i went to pilates, friday i had the day off, sat i went to yoga, and sun. I had the day off also. great blog! thanks!
