My goals for the week are pretty simple since I hardly did much last week. I need to get back into the swing of things.
I will go to Turbo Kick class 3 times this week.
I will go to Spin class 2 times this week.
I will make it a goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day this week.

My plan for the week was to get up and moving again and to drink more water. Well crap happened yesterday and just kind of threw things for me. So once again I’ve put exercise and stuff on hold. As soon as I’m feeling emotionally better I’m gonna just jump in and do it…I’m tired of the excuses I always make.
