Oh yikes, this week was a doozie. Nothing exciting to tell you about but the workouts I did do were good.
I am behind a week on my new personal training plan but I have everything printed out and ready to go for this coming week. My goal for this coming week is 5 days of workouts (M, W, Th, F, Sa.) with 2 of the days include weights/strength and one including a functional workout.
Here are the workouts I did this week. Don’t get too excited!
Mon-Wed- No workouts
Time: 31 min.
Calories burned: 393
Ab work: 50 stability ball crunches and 5 vertical knee raises
I have been having some right shoulder issues and figured out that it flares up when I use the vertical knee raise piece of equipment. So I’m going to change from doing those to another ab move on the floor for now.
And I’m so bummed my Polar watch is dying on me. Not really sure if it’s the watch or the battery pack on the strap but I really love this watch. I have had it for a while so it might be time to replace it.

Ab work: 50 stability ball crunches and 25 reverse crunches
Time: 15 min.
Sunday- Day off
Favorite and best workout this week was spinning and I really enjoyed going for a quick although HILLY walk with hubby. It’s been a while since we have really been able to workout together with our kitty situation and his work so hopefully that will happen more often in the coming weeks.
AND hopefully the extremely hot weather stays away! Be safe out there and stay hydrated.
