Before we go into my workouts for the week, I want to give Bic Bands a shout out today. They donated 2 headbands for my June Better Healthy Living Challenge.
I love all types of head bands and have found that Bic Bands is one of the best I have worn. I like that they stay on when I workout. They have a unique assortment of headbands, thick, thin, skinny, minnie, bling, sparkle, sporty and more. Fun stuff!
Bic Bands also gives back to those in need. So you know when you shop with them that it’s helping someone else.
I love this quote from their site,
B.I.C. Bands~ Because I Can Bands ~We raise funds because we can…for those who can’t so that one day they will!
Go check out their goodies! I’m about ready to do more shopping with them, I love all their designs, decisions decisions.
Thanks for your support again, Bic Bands. I appreciate you!
Now on to my workouts for this past week. I did pretty good again this week. For the first time in a very long time, I am having to push myself a bit to get er done. But I’m doing it and I’m feeling good.
Monday-
*Strength/weights workout A
Time: 25 min.
Calories burned: 283
Tuesday-
*Spinning Interval Workout A
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 393
Wednesday-
*Strength/Weights Workout B
Time: 19 min.
*Elliptical
Time: 10 min.
Forgot to put on my heart rate monitor strap and didn’t realize it until halfway through my workout. Decided I was not able to stop so there are no calorie burn totals for today. But I sweated and my arms are burning so I know it was a good one.
Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Treadmill Interval B Workout
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 419
Forgot to see how many miles it was but I’m sure it was just under 2. It was a nice sweaty workout!
Saturday-
*Spinning
Time: 36 min.
Calories burned: 520
I also did a lot of cleaning around the house, vacuuming, cleaning the bird cage (he’s a Macaw) so it’s a huge chore to do and other stuff. So that was quite an additional workout!
Sunday- Day off
Tomorrow I start the Best Body Bootcamp! I’m really excited to participate in this again. I know some of it will be a challenge as I’ll be traveling a lot during it so here we go, I’m ready to work it.
What was your favorite workout last week? Got any big goals for this week?
