Travel Workouts Fail

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

This past week I traveled and had real good intentions and plans to workout but it didn’t happen.  I should know better as I go to this conference twice a year and always struggle with the workouts.

They are very long days and nights so I chose to not workout.  Not the best choice but I had a great time and the break did me some good especially after the last 4 months.

So my workouts last week were pitiful but I have to move on.  Here they are:

Monday-

*Strength/weights (Workout A personal training plan)
Time: 26 min.
Calories burned: 291

Tuesday- Day off

Wednesday-

*Ab/Upper Body work
Time: 10 min.

Thursday-Sunday- Nothing except for walking.

Hope you had a great week.

What did your  week of workouts look like?

P.S. I did make some great contacts at this business conference.  I’ll be blogging about them and they will be guest blogging here but in the meantime, be sure to check out their blogs.

The Vitality Expert

Aimee is just amazing.  Can’t even explain so you’ll just have to go to her website and read about her, check out her recipes, testimonials, etc.  You need to know Aimee, she’s an inspiration!

Matthew’s blog is about fitness, nutrition and healthy living.  He started the blog to help motivate those of us that are struggling with our weight to meet our goals.  Such a great guy, check out his blog and get to know him on Twitter and Facebook too.

Art of Body Weight Exercise

And lastly, I ran into Russell quite a few times and he has a blog all about body weight exercise and nutrition solutions.  Looking forward to learning more from him.

Thanks for the love Angie. Don’t be too hard on yourself. We have all done it. Just pick yourself up and dust yourself off and move forward.

Thanks Matthew! I did just that. My workouts yesterday and today were really good. Looking forward to the rest of the week.
