My favorite workout this week was spinning of course and I enjoyed the treadmill interval workout too. As you know, I have an online personal trainer, Tina and this was week one of my new set of workouts. So, I’m excited to see how the next 3 weeks go. I’m also participating in her Best Body Bootcamp again and although last week wasn’t too successful, this week was much better.
My goals for last week (for bootcamp) were to limit dessert and have no sugar in my coffee. I succeeded at both! YEA! This coming week’s goals is to stick to keeping a food journal and I’m keeping the no sugar in coffee goal. Just need to make some habits here so I’ll probably have a lot of the same goals for the entire bootcamp.
If you haven’t checked out Tina’s blog, you should. She’s a great motivator and has awesome fitness tips and healthy food/recipes too.

AWESOME WORK, Angie!!! I’m so glad the focus on shorter, more regular workouts and the flexible setup seems to be working so well lately. Keep it up this week! Along with those goals. You have your calendar, your goals, and now you just have to go for them day by day. Proud of you!

Thanks so much for your support, Tina! I think once we found a plan that worked, it all started coming together. Things are really looking up.
