Menu Plan Monday: June 1

Disclosure: This post may contain referral/affiliate links.

Welcome June!  I love the summer months because of the heat BUT more so because it puts us that much closer to our winter Jamaican vacation at Couples Swept Away.  Heaven? YES!

Ready for Menu Plan Monday?  There is a giveaway over at Org Junkie too so don’t miss it.  Our menu plan last week went out the window. We changed things up a lot because we were just not feeling it.  Stuff happens LOL

Monday-
Veggie Lasagna

Tuesday-
Tabouli Stuffed peppers (never had them last week)

Wednesday-
Balsamic Chicken, couscous and veggie

Thursday-
Breakfast for Dinner (omelets or pancakes?)

Friday-
Tuna & Soup

Tell us about your menu plan for the week!

Here’s a cool giveaway for $250 CASH over at John Is Fit.  Be sure to check it out!

Breakfast for dinner is probably the most requested one around here. The kids get the biggest kick over having waffles for dinner. 😉

Hope you have a great week. That vacation sounds divine – I’d be counting down, too!

That Couples resort looks awesome. I think all-inclusive vacations are the way to go. Once you pay for it, there’s no worry about additional costs. You can eat and enjoy entertainment and play sports without worry! 🙂

AI’s are definitely the way to go, Stephanie. But it was weird the first time we sat down to eat and didn’t have to leave a tip and could just get up and leave. But now we’ll be 3rd timers so we know the ropes ha ha

Sometimes you have to decide you are tired of something in order to be inspired. I like basalmic chicken.

Can’t believe I missed your last comment Stephanie. I’m so glad you enjoyed your veggie lasagna. Yummy!
