Workout Calendar & Daily Workout Log
This month I started something new! I started tracking my workouts in color on a big workout calendar so that I could easily see what I have accomplished. I really love it.
I do keep track every day by putting my workouts here in draft to get ready for the daily exercise log post on Sunday’s but this calendar helps me see how it’s going on a daily basis without having to log in to the blog.
As you can see, it wasn’t a bad month. I think I did pretty well and I hope to keep it up. This month will be quite a bit of travel so I’m pushing myself to do the best I can when on the road.
Here are my workouts for the week:
Monday-
*Spinning
Time: 32 min.
Calories burned: 385
Tuesday-Sick day
Wednesday-
*Strength/weights workout A pyramid sets (personal training plan)
Time: 31 min.
Calories burned: 337
Thursday-
*Spinning (Interval A workout personal training plan)
Time:31 min.
Calories burned: 417
Friday-
*Strength/weights workout B pyramid sets (personal training plan)
Time: 25 min.
Calories burned: 262
I’m most impressed with this day because although I had a ton to get done before leaving for a trip late this night, I still made it a priority to do my workout.
Saturday-
*Treadmill
Time: 15 min.
Miles: .82
*Elliptical
Time: 15 min.
OK, I’m impressed with this day too, after a long night of travel and only 5 hours of sleep, Kev and I were up and in the hotel gym working out before a full day of wedding fun and more travel.
Sunday- Day off
Overall a great week.
This week’s goal is to workout 5 days, a mix of strength and cardio.
