#1 Goal for December 2012:
Get more fruits and vegetables into my diet.
As you know, I’m participating in the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. One of the ways to get points in the challenge is to eat 7-9 servings of freggies (fruits/veggies) a day. Everyone in the challenge does really well with it and is inspiring me to make it a daily focus.
That is something I really struggle with so this month my goal is to focus more on incorporating those into all my meals and snacks. Thankfully keeping a food journal helps me see that I am lacking big time in this area so it’s something I really want to work on.
Along with more fruits and vegetables, my goal is to stick to the remaining weeks of Best Body Bootcamp (you’ll be able to sign up for round 4 starting this Monday) and keeping up with the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge.
I’m doing well with the other goals I have set for myself for these challenges so my plan is to just keep going. I have felt myself starting to fizzle out lately and I don’t want that to happen. Going to stick with it!
Between blog conferences and vacations, 2013 is going to be a busy travel year for me/us. I want to keep up with the 6 day workout weeks while at home and will do my best to stay active when traveling.
So there you have it, my goals for December 2012.
What are some of your healthy living goals this month?

A most excellent goal around the holidays, Angie!
Me? I’m challenging myself to get 30 extra minutes of movement every day in December. Watch for the hashtag #30FOR30 on my Twitter and Instagram feeds!

Thanks Tamara!
Great goal you have there. Added the hashtag to Hootsuite. Thanks!

My husband and I are trying to get back into the habit of juicing after taking a break while family visited and for the Thanksgiving holiday. 🙂

That sounds awesome! Kev has been talking about wanting to get a Vitamix so we could do some juicing with that bad boy ha ha
