So you’re probably wondering what the title of this post means. And what it means is that I am changing my workout goal to 5 days a week instead of 6. I’m not sure what is going on but I’m struggling with the workout passion. I kind of feel a bit stressed about having to workout 6 days a week.
I want to put in 5 really good days and take the other 2 days to rest. If there is a time where I feel like getting my workout on, I will most definitely do that. We’ll see how this goes.
I LOVE working out, don’t get me wrong but for some reason lately I’m having to really push through and make myself workout. I don’t like THAT feeling so I’m going to switch things up a bit.
Weighed in last Tuesday and here are the stats:
Current weight: 249
Previous weight: 250
Starting weight: 252
Goal weight: 150-175
Lost another pound. I really love the Best Body Bootcamp and round 4 is coming up in January. Check out my note below for your chance to win one of two free entries. The Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge is going good. I’m doing it more for the accountability like I said before and not the prizes and points. Everyone there is so inspiring!

I tried something new, a spinning DVD. It’s called Spinning Ireland road tour. You take a virtual ride through Ireland while the spin instructor on the left of the screen guides you through it. On the right of the screen is where you see the time, speed, bike position, etc.
I don’t know that I’ll finish the rest of the DVD. It was annoying that they had the spin instructor on the left, the stats on the right and then a tiny bit of the views of Ireland in the middle. Now if they had one where they were riding through say Jamaica, I would be all over it. I see on the Spinning.com website that they have ones for rides in Southern California, North Carolina and The Rockies but I’m not sure I would like them. Can’t win them all!
How many days a week do you workout?
P.S. Have you seen my post where you can enter for a chance to win an entry into the Best Body online fitness bootcamp? It’s run by my online trainer, Tina over at Best Body Fitness. And oh by the way there are TWO entries up for grabs!

I don’t think there is anything wrong with 5 days, especially if you are able to really hit those workouts better because you aren’t drained. 🙂 great job on all the BBB workouts
