Another workout week down. Finished up Best Body Bootcamp this week but I didn’t keep up too well with the Holiday Bootie Buster challenge when it came to the workout of the week, fruit and veggie goals and mostly keeping points. I should know better than to do more than one challenge at a time. But these other groups keep me accountable so that’s why I do it.
This was a pretty good week considering I have been so busy getting ready for family coming for the holiday’s while still running a home business. I took off Tuesday and Wednesday but made sure to get in the remaining days I had left to hit my 5 day workout goal. I made it happen although the workouts weren’t my normal strength/intervals and cardio every day.
Thanks to my online personal trainer Tina for giving me the push to just do something! I do feel good for making fitness a priority this week especially when I was tired and a bit stressed. But I made it happen.
If you are struggling too, just make a point to set aside 20-30 minutes a day to MOVE. Whether it’s a gym workout, a walk outside or a DVD workout at home, make it happen.
I weighed in on Tuesday, here are the stats. No loss. BUT I might need a belt here soon to keep my jeans from falling. THAT is what I’m talking about!

Can’t believe we are done with bootcamp, again! Are you signed up for the next round? I am!
Now off to try to get a ton more done because once again I’ll have a busy few days and then mom and dad arrive! I’m really excited to take some down time this holiday season and spend it with family. Life is short as we all found this past Friday morning. What a horrible horrible thing that happened. Praying for all the families, my heart breaks for them!
May you have a very blessed holiday with your family and friends. Thank you for always being so supportive here on the blog. I appreciate you!
How did your workouts go this past week?

Great job getting your workouts in even through the busyness! I have been on a weight loss journey for sometime now, and I know how challenging it can be. By God’s grace I made real progress in 2012, and I’m looking forward to losing more weight in 2013. I haven’t made fitness a huge priority for awhile though, and it’s my goal to change that for 2013.
I hope you have a wonderful Christmas and enjoy spending time with your family. 🙂

Thanks so much, Sandra! Hopefully I can help inspire you to make fitness more of a priority in 2013. But why wait, no better time than the present.
What type of fitness do you enjoy?
Merry Christmas to you and your family as well.

I’m going to be joining Best Body Bootcamp 🙂 I’m doing HBBC now too and I love it.

Great, so awesome to hear you’ll be joining BBB. I flaked out on HBBC but I do love the accountability.
