Ooh, I love couscous. My menu is oddly similar to yours, except instead of veggie burgers I’ll be having turkey burgers, instead of steak I’ll be having salmon, and my slow cooker meal will be a rich chicken soup with chicken legs and tons of vegetables.

This week on the menu – LOTS of veggies! My husband and I love vegetables, but sometimes we get sidetracked! So, we are really trying to PLAN eating more of them – planning so helps, doesn’t it?

Thanks everyone! So far we stuck to the plan this week and with a sick doggy, tuna and soup will be perfect tonight so we don’t have to spend any time cooking.

Hope you’re having a great week!
