Today’s Tip: Daily Reminders
Go over your goals on a daily basis. If you don’t have your goal(s) listed somewhere, you need to write them down so you have a daily reminder of where you want to be. If you are more visual, you can use pictures as daily reminders. Maybe a picture of a water bottle (to remind you to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day), a big healthy salad (to remind you to eat healthy foods), exercise equipment (to remind you to get your exercise in), measuring tape (to remind you that inch loss is more important than the numbers on the scale) or any other items that would remind you daily and keep you motivated to keep going with your healthy lifestyle.
I personally write my long term weight loss/fitness goals in my journal and look at them frequently. I have a vision board for business purposes and a few pictures on there motivate me every day to keep going with my healthy lifestyle.
