This week was decent but I could have definitely done better. Cannot wait until it gets a bit warmer so the home gym is not so cold.
We mixed up the heaters so hopefully it will get better this week. I’ve been wearing my cool Ink N Burn arm sleeves. They have helped a lot. And a pair of gloves too!
I’m looking forward to going on some walks with hubby once the weather gets warmer but until then the home gym it will be. I would love to go on bike rides but I doubt 2 bikes will fit into our budget this year. One day!

*Upper body (weights/stretch band)
It really inspires me to see what everyone else is doing so please feel free to link up to your workouts or share here what you did this past week. My goal for this week is to mix it up and workout 5 days. I would like to throw in some kickboxing (Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire), maybe some treadmill walk/run intervals and maybe some Walk Away the Pounds DVD’s.
