Spring Is Coming

Workouts Week of April 8 2013Had a great week of workouts!  I only took one day off but I am exhausted now.

It was really nice to go on a long walk with hubby today.  The weather, although a bit chilly was very nice so we had a blast.

Took some great pictures, saw lots of cute doggies. Meant to do my daily video there but totally forgot.  So I’m off to go do that!

Spring is trying to peek through here in Chicagoland.  They keep going back and forth with snow forecast but I’m keeping my fingers crossed it’s done.

Monday-

*Weights/Strength (BBB Full Body Group Sets)

Tuesday-

*Rebounding & Boxing
Time: 30 min.

Wednesday-

*Weights/Strength (BBB Full Body Group Sets)

*Spinning
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 432
Approx miles: 9

Thursday- Day off

Friday-

*Weights/Strength (BBB Full Body Balance)
Time: 27 min.
Calories burned: 346

*Spinning
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 447
Approx miles: 9

Saturday-

*Walk Away the Pounds (Walk Slim 4 mile DVD)
Time: 51 min.
Calories burned: 732
Miles: 4

Sunday-

*Walk outside at Forest Preserve
Time: 1 hr 18 min.
Miles: 3.3
Calories burned: 815

My favorite workout this week was spinning as usual. But I’m glad I changed things up a bit.  My calves are not feeling so good so I can’t wait for the Pro Compression socks I ordered to get here.  I hear they are great!

My goal for this week is to keep going like I am.  I’m having a great time with all the challenges I’m doing.  Best Body Bootcamp, the Polar Ambassador and 100 miles in April challenge are rocking my world. This week we get new workouts for Best Body Bootcamp, looking forward to trying them out.

    Favorite workout was spinning – are you crazy? haha I feel like dying after spinning class 🙂

    I love your spunk. I’ve got Spring fever but definitely no Spring weather yet. Can’t wait to be outside without suiting up. I’m sticking with my Zumba Gold though.
