It’s been such a sad week all over the world. I have honestly been glued to the TV and CNN online. I did get in workouts but they were definitely not as good as I would have liked them to be. I will work harder this coming week!
I just want to say that I have been thinking of all of you who participated in the Boston Marathon. I honestly don’t even know what to say. I cried a lot this week and my heart broke for so many people.
The April challenges I am participating in are going well. I have the Polar ambassador calorie burning challenge, the 100 miles challenge and of course Best Body Bootcamp. The weight/strength workouts this round are tough. My arms and legs are shaking every day lol
So this week, I only took one day off from working out HOWEVER a few of the other days were very light. It was a so so week. Not great, not horrible when it comes to fitness.

Today’s workout was good! A upper body pulsing workout and a HIIT workout that I made up myself inspired by 2 blogs I read this week. I’ll have to put an image together to show what I did.
Sunday- Day off
Today was Day 21 of #FitVEDA (video every day in April). I cannot believe I have stuck with it this long. I did commit to it so I will keep going! And hopefully next month you’ll see a lot more video from me.
