Crazy week! Hubby ended up in the hospital but they couldn’t find anything, the story of his life ha ha. And our dog was sick before that so needless to say I did the best I could do as far as workouts. Didn’t get to the gym and didn’t do much other than walk and the 30 Day Shred. This week and next will be a bit crazy for us as well but I’m going to try to get more exercise in for sure. I’m looking forward to getting back to the gym on a pretty regular schedule which should be able to happen in a few weeks.
