The Better Healthy Living Challenge has started! Week 1 is all about family fitness.
This week I want you to focus on what you and your family can do to live just a bit healthier TOGETHER. Most everyone these days are glued to their smart phone and TV (me included). We have to all work hard at taking a break and getting back to what matters most.
Family Fitness Activities
How about getting outside with your children, dog, hubby, whoever and just play like kids again?
Grab a hula hoop, ball, or go for a bike ride. You could go swimming, take a walk around the block, play some tennis or just play some old school games. Remember Red Light, Green Light? Mother May I?
Get out there and have some fun while burning calories and spending time with your family!
If you have a dog, grab the leash and take him/her for a walk or play a game of chase in the back yard. Grab your spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend and spend some quality time together getting fit.
