This month is National Blueberry Month! I absolutely love blueberries in oatmeal and smoothies. Fresh or frozen, any way will do. Yum!
Blueberries are really good for you. So many health benefits. Blueberry month is celebrated in July because they are at their peak harvest. You might have seen a lot of them at your local farmer’s market along with yummy blackberries. Another favorite of mine.
