Hi Angie – I just found you over here and I just happened to have made my weekly dinner plans so I guess I’ll share
We have a garden this year and neither my boyfriend nor I like to eat raw tomatoes, so our plans this week involve homemade pasta sauce and salsa.
M – whole wheat rotini with pasta sauce and vegetarian ground beef substitute
T – corn chowder and cold bean salad
W – roasted veggie, pesto, hummus and goat cheese sandwiches on ciabatta
Th – tempeh tacos
F – veggie and tofu roast
YUM!
