Hopped on the scale this morning to find that there was no loss. I am OK with it this week because I know I have been eating better, making wiser choices although still not back to where I was yet and feeling good with the 30 Day Shred workout I have been doing over the past 15 days. Kev and I start back to the gym next Monday so I’m very excited for that. He seems to be feeling better and is also itching to get back there. Our plan is to get back to 4 days a week. Two will be spin classes, one Aqua Fit class and the other day a variety of cardio/weights. Plus I’ll still work out at home and walk outside.
Current weight: 230
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 90
Also, I wanted to tell you about a great giveaway that I found this morning. I often read the Food Renegade blog and I see they are offering a chance to win a free hour of nutrition and wellness coaching. I could really use that to get back on track so I’m entering! If you think you could use it too, be sure to head over there and enter by 7/22/09.
Happy Wednesday,

You’re rocking it! 🙂 Your excitement about the 30 day shred makes me want to try it, but I’m such a chicken. I would really love to have Jillian’s Wii Fit Workout…. of course that would require a Wii Fit and some extra floor space.

I say yay and congrats to maintaining – and feeling great. The shredding is probably building up some muscles, so you might still be losing fat and gaining muscle, so only seems like no weight loss.
