Again, no change. I am revamping my workouts due to knee/leg pain so I’m hoping even with that, I will show a loss soon.

for the breakfast cookie, you mix the dry ingredients and the peanut butter first so the peanut butter gets crumbly. then add the milk and combine, then add the fruits (pumpkin, mashed banana, raisins) and flatten the mixture on an appetizer sized plate. leave it in the fridge overnight and voila 😀
