Today’s Tip: Don’t skip meals
Skipping meals is not a healthy way to lose weight. Your body starves from skipping meals and your metabolism will slow down. It can make it much harder to burn extra calories and you may even likely gain weight in the end. You’ll get so hungry that you’ll eat more than you normally would. You need the fuel to get through each day so set up a healthy eating plan for yourself for the best results.
I know many people say they don’t have time for some meals but everyone does. Plan ahead and if you don’t have the opportunity to eat a full meal at least find something you can eat on the run.
What are some ideas for those who might feel they don’t have time to eat a meal?

I learned that lesson the hard way with my fasting experiment this week!
I like to have little baggies with 10 almonds each in them. It’s a quick protein/healthy fat boost in controlled portions. Eaten with a hot cup of green tea can keep me going in between meals.

True true true…I’ve been eating breakfast about 2 hours after I get up and I need to stop that asap.
My food org has fallen off and today I took a total of ZERO food with me to work today. Very bad. This weekend I need to get all set up again.

Tamzin: I don’t eat right away in the morning but I do have coffee and water and then a few hours later I have breakfast. Wonder if that is holding me back in anyway. Hmmm
