What a great week of workouts! It’s so nice to get back to our home gym after traveling for a while even though I’ll be heading out again at the end of the week on a business trip.
I have every intention to exercise while I am gone.ย Whether it be in the hotel room or hotel gym, I am going to do something.ย Too bad the pool is outdoors (in Atlanta). This conference I go to is constant go go go but I’m going to take time for myself and get it done!
I have already messed up with my food journal goal I set for this year so by golly I’m going to stick to this every day in February fitness goal.

Walking was my favorite workout last week. I had a mild migraine that lasted for a few days, so I didn’t do anything strenuous.
If you have difficulty exercisng while in Atanta, remember that 10 minutes of exercise is still exercise. Hae fun!
