Before I share my workouts for the week, I wanted to let you know that Tina has the dates set for round 3 of her Best Body Bootcamp. I have participated in both so far and it’s so motivating to keep me going on the right path. And having her as my online personal trainer doesn’t hurt either. She’s awesome!
Just think of how this 3rd one will really help get through the hustle and bustle of the holiday season. It ends the week before Christmas! Go mark your calendars so you don’t forget to sign up on Monday, Sept. 17th.
Now on to my workouts this week. It was a good week although I had to take 2 days off in a row because I’m having some shoulder issues. Those rest days did me good but then I did weights yesterday and the pain came back. For the next week or so, I’ll be taking it a bit easier on the weights (maybe do 5 lb instead of 7 and 10 lbs) and I have jury duty so we’ll see how it all plays out anyway.
Monday-
*Spinning (HIIT Interval B workout personal training plan)
Time: 31 min.
Calories burned: 402
Tuesday-
*Strength/weights workout A (personal training plan)
Time: 27 min.
Calories burned: 250
Wednesday- Day off
Thursday- Day off
Friday-
*Spinning
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: 388
Saturday-
*Strength/weights Workout B (personal training plan)
Time: 30 min.
Calories burned: estimated at 300+
My heart rate monitor bit the dust. The battery died so I don’t have exact numbers.
Sunday-
*Spinning (HIIT Interval B workout personal training plan)
Time: 31 min.
Again, no heart rate monitor. We did get batteries yesterday but we are having trouble getting the old ones out of both the watch and strap. So weird spinning without one though.
My favorite workout this week was spinning intervals. Big calorie burns and it just makes me feel really good.
What was your favorite workout from last week?
yoga.
I HATE IT WHILE I DID IT.
I loved it the rest of the day
Awesome! I really need to keep trying it. I have done 2 yoga workouts via video but never got into it. I’ll try again if it will make me feel good after lol
