I have done some Yoga but when I finally get myself to work out I do harder stuff to get the most out of my work outs. I should do more Yoga so my muscles don’t get so sore!!

I do yoga videos at home and go to yoga when I can make it to a class. I’m hoping to try a beginners pilates class soon!

Thanks for commenting! I need to start doing more yoga but I found that I have trouble going so slow. As for classes, I highly recommend them. Glad you liked the panko tofu recipe.

I do participate in Pilates and am learning to do some yoga. These socks would be awesome for yoga because I am not comfortable doing it in bare feet and regular socks are too slippery. I would love to try these socks out and they are my size. Awfully nice of you to give them away.
