Welcome April
This week I celebrated my 41st birthday and along with that came a few April fitness challenges. Best Body Bootcamp, the Polar ambassador challenge and the 100 miles challenge all started this week. Not to mention one of those picture a day challenges #HealthyBalance on Instagram.
I worked out hard this week and it felt great. I actually just realized that I worked out SIX days. Looking forward to another great week! Here are my workouts for the week:

*Walk with Kev

Really enjoyed working out with Kev twice this week. We haven’t had a chance to really workout together and I had him doing Workout C for Best Body Bootcamp yesterday. He was definitely feeling it today!
This week my goal is to work out at least 5 days and keep burning those calories and racking up the miles. I would like to get some boxing in this week too.

P.S. This week I also started a #FitVEDA video challenge (video every day in April). I am proud to say I actually have 8 videos up and did one every day plus the Ultimate Blog Party video. Right now they are short and sweet, unedited videos. Once I get the hang of that and figure out the uploading issue from my iPhone 5 then I’ll move on to editing. At least I got started…

Thanks Tina! I’m definitely feeling good and pushing myself a bit more this time while still not overdoing it. YEA! Hopefully I’ll have Kev doing all BBB workouts with me at some point.
