So last week I mentioned I wasn’t sure if my numbers were correct since it was a weigh in on the Wii balance board. I can’t be sure but this week I weighed in on the regular scale and it shows a 6 lb gain whereas last week was a 6 lb loss. I don’t know which to believe so I’m going to go ahead and just stick with the bathroom scale and go from there. So we’ll go with a gain blech!
Current weight: 230
Goal weight: 140
Pounds left to go: 90
Do those of you who have Wii Fit find that the balance board is accurate when weighing yourself?
I know that I really need to focus on watching my portions, the types of food/drinks I’m consuming and I definitely need to get back into my workout routine. I am getting in what I can right now. Hopefully we’ll start spin class back up on the weekends at the new gym in a few weeks and we’ll either do Aqua Fit class or cardio machines two days during the week.
I’m just kind of bummed that at one point I was at my lowest at 187.2 (had to add the .2 LOL) and now I’m 42.8 lbs higher. Weight can definitely come back on with a vengeance and is not easy to get back off. But I WILL make it happen!
How did you do this week? Check in! Stay accountable.
I think my sisters said that their wii weighed them wrong as well.\

Don’t worry about the gain. you will kick it’s butt next week. I to ALWAYS think about what i used to weigh when i lost weight the LAST time. I just posted pics of then and now. Torture!

I know how you feel. Weight just won’t leave sometimes! The balance board exercises are definitely a help, but they can also build up muscle (hence extra weight) when you first start doing them. Remember that body fluids can vary a lot from week to week. I just had a friend tell me she put on 8lbs one week and then lost it again the next week! Amazing.
the weight came from Jillian Michaels 30 day shred! i gained 10 lbs hence it were muscles
which is tons more better!
dont depend on the scale, go for the body fat percentage and the way your clothes start to fit you loose
then the poundage will follow!
