Feeling Energized

Today is my birthday! An April Fool's baby and proud of it. I'm so excited about this next phase of my life. Positive Thoughts
Workouts this week were good! As you know, during the Best Body Bootcamp, we have to pick two goals each week. My goal to eat dinner at home has stayed the same for the first few weeks of Best Body Bootcamp but I changed up the 2nd goal.
