Week 4: Health & Self Care Challenge
This week we’ll focus on taking time out for ourselves. My personal goal is to focus on less screen time, getting more sleep, spending time outdoors, creativity and read more.
You might explore essential oils, start coloring, or get organized. All of these things seem to make ME feel better and more relaxed.
Wake earlier than normal to sneak in some me time, get a manicure/pedicure, cook, cuddle with someone, let go of toxic people or capture the world with your camera. There are so many ways to make yourself feel better.
What will you do this week to focus on your health and self care?
I plan to take some time every day to sit out on the deck and just be. I’ll water plants, read, listen to music and I have some clay necklaces to paint to get them prepped to add on essential oils.
We have a vacation coming up so we totally plan on relaxing and enjoying the sand and sea.
Snorkeling, swimming, kayaking…… I have been dreaming all year of returning to the beautiful island of Roatan, Honduras. It happened sooner than we thought. Work hard and great things happen.
SO needless to say this last week of the challenge will extend in to September for me personally. And I’m really looking forward to it.
