Transform Your Overall Well Being

Get FIRED up. The new fitness program I have been talking about on my social channels has launched! So exciting. Are you ready to transform your overall well being?

With so much going on in our lives, it’s hard to really find time to be good to ourselves. The creators of this new program designed it to bring more balance and joy to your life. And of course it will help us get into great shape too.

25-30 min a day, six days a week for only FOUR weeks. This workout is for everyone. It’s all about strengthening both your body AND mind. It will transform your physical AND mental well-being and we are here for that.

There is a 4-Week Journal that comes with the program which will help show yourself a little love. You’ll find self-care prompts and a habit tracker. The journal is part inspiration and helps create healthy routines. We will fill it out daily to hype us up and give our mental health a boost! This will be a great addition to the workout to transform your overall well being. I love my journals. Can’t wait to see this one.

They also say by the end of the program, Jericho and Elise will help train your body to be active, as well as help train your mind to embrace new opportunities, release anxiety, and quiet the self-judgment.

Kev and I started the program and had to put it on hold due to other circumstances BUT we intend on starting back up the week of July 11th. Who will be joining us?

The Sample Workout

If you want to try the sample workout, hop in our party group (let them know Angie Newton sent ya). In the group you can do the sample workout, ask questions, win prizes, etc. If you would rather jump right in, let me know and I’ll make it really simple for you. Send me a direct message or comment below.

The sample workout was an amazing taste of what the program will be like. I wasn’t going to start it until after camping season but I loved it so much that I won’t be waiting. I’ll work around our trips even if I have to miss 5 days here and there. I’ll jump right in when we get back home. Yay!

There is a modifier (in the blue above) if you need it (I do!). Looking forward to working out together.

We want to help 10 people over the next month with accountability, fitness, nutrition and motivation! The cool thing is the first FIVE that join us will get private accountability. We’ll use Voxer, a walkie talkie audio app where you can ask questions via text or audio at anytime and I can respond. I’ll keep you accountable to your workouts and healthy lifestyle.
