Congratulations Elle what a haul!. I for sure enjoyed and appreciated it, so nice to have a challenge that is flexible and fun to be involved in. I learned about a bunch of new products and tools too. To be honest I thought Bic Bands were like those Lance Armstrong bands or something, the Bic headbands look like an awesome idea. But hey I’m also the person who first time I heard the term ‘Spinning”, I imagined a bunch of people spinning in circles (like when you were a kid = dizzy) and wondered how the heck does that help you get fit!
