Well, this week did not end how I had imagined. I had good intentions to workout today but I have slept most of the day. I am sick with a fever! UGH I’m sure it has something to do with the late night out at the ball game and girl stuff. I was on a good roll this week and just have to give my body some rest time.
This week my goal is to exercise M-F because we have a jam packed full weekend ahead with family stuff, a wedding, etc. I doubt I’ll have any extra time to exercise so I need to make it happen during the week.
Here are my workouts for the week. And you’ll also find the Kushyfoot winner at the bottom of this post.
Monday- Day off
Tuesday-
*Spinning (HIIT Interval A workout personal training plan)
Time: 36 min.
My heart rate monitor was not set back up properly after the battery died so the number of calories burned was incorrect. Just changed the settings so I should be good to go!
Wednesday-
*Strength/weights workout A pyramid sets (personal training plan)
Time: 33 min.
Calories burned: 335
Oh my! First time doing pyramid sets and it was great although I had to modify some moves. Pyramid sets is where you increase the weight size you use so for me it went 5# for the 1st set, 7# for the 2nd and 10# for the 3rd set. Since I have some knee issues I had to modify the Bosu Ball moves and with lunges, I just have to take it easy and no go down too far. I feel really good after this workout.

Two workouts in one day! Feel amazing but I’m exhausted.
Thursday- Day off
Friday-

*Treadmill

Saturday-
