No Weights. No Time. No Problem Workout.
Hate gyms? Short on time? Don’t like lifting weights? Its still important to keep your body fit and strong. Here’s an effective workout you can do without weights, without a gym, and without a lot of time. Free videos are provided by www.iBodyFit.com
Warm up 5 – 10 minutes. A quick run or jog in place will do.
# 1. 10 Stationary squats with Leg Raises
Run 20 – 50 yards
# 2. 15 Staggered pushups
Run 20 – 50 yards back to your starting position
# 3. 20 Side Lunges
Run 20 – 50 yards
# 4. 25 Pivot Plank
Run 20 – 50 yards back to your starting position
# 5. 30 Crunches
Run 20 – 50 yards
1 minute break and repeat 2 times!
Stretch and cool down for 10 minutes afterwards
