Online Bootcamp Oct/Nov/Dec 2012: Week 1
This week was awesome! I stuck with my goal of 6 workout days. It was also week 1 of Best Body Bootcamp and I’m in a totally different frame of mind from the other two and am ready to rock this.
For bootcamp, we are to choose two goals each week to focus on outside of the main workouts. My first week’s goals were to keep a food journal consistently and be in bed by 11 PM every night. I had been keeping a food journal recently and got off track with traveling and personal stuff so I wanted to jump right back in. As for bedtime, I could be online working until late but my eyes have been bugging me lately, one in particular and I need to give it a rest from the computer/phone/iPad, etc.
My 2 goals for this week are:
1) Time for myself OFFLINE 15-30 min. a day (reading, play with cats, etc.)
2) Eat at home at least 5 times
My first weigh in last Tues. was 252. I’ll fill you in next Sunday on how this week went although you’ll probably hear on Twitter and Facebook before that. I also took measurements and I’ll do that on a monthly basis. Next one will be around Nov. 23rd.

I really enjoyed dancing for 10-15 min a day. That was a lot of fun but glad no one sees me do that LOL I also love spinning and boxing of course!
I’m feeling really good although tired but it’s all good. I look forward to another successful week.

Have you ever tried zumba? I like dancing too, so sometimes I’ll check out some zumba videos on YouTube and dance around in my living room – with the blinds closed of course 🙂
I have tried Zumba. Took a class once and didn’t like it at all then got the Zumba DVD program to review and liked it at first but haven’t used it again. I do love the music especially the Reggae. Maybe I should try again.
And I’m thankful our garage (home gym) doesn’t have windows lol
Dang girl, you KILLED it this week for Best Body Bootcamp! Such an inspiration for me to get off my butt and do those workouts too! I’ll be honest though, those rest days really are the best. 😉
