This week was the start of the Holiday Bootie Buster Challenge. I did the WOW (workout of the week) for that and it was awesome. I need something else to challenge me to keep going. I’m having a hard time keeping up with my points. We get bonus points for things and I just am not good at keeping track. Just entering what I remember but I’m sure I’m missing quite a bit. I’m not going to stress over it. My whole goal with the challenge is to push myself to do more and just keep going through the holiday’s.
My Best Body Bootcamp goals for the week were to have dinner at home and take time for myself at least 5 days. I missed a couple days because of dinners out but all 7 days took time to myself.
I did not hit my goal of 6 workout days this week. I managed to get in 5 and I was pretty bummed about it but we had things that we wanted to get done and I think I did pretty well working out around it all.
Going to try to hit the 6 days this week though. We don’t have a ton of commitments this week so things should go pretty smooth.

Holy cow this workout was craazy! Not easy by any stretch but I pushed through. It was really good! We had company coming early for the entire day so that is all I managed to get in. I missed out on cardio today but boy that workout was tiring.
