I did the Walk Away the Pounds 3 miles with weighted balls every day except Saturday when I took a 6 mile walk out in the back country roads to my parents house. I completed week 6 of the pushup challenge but will repeat again this week because I was struggling. I got my core strength training in 2x. I missed a day due to sick babies.

So proud of you Annette for sticking with it. Keep up the great work. I’m going to look into doing the push-up challenge. Thanks for checking in.
Hey, I am new to your blog but I am also on a weight loss journey and wanted to share my workout with you.
I do 2 days of an intense cardio class and 2 days were I do 20-30 minutes cardio on the stair mill and then 45 min. of strength training, on the fifth day I try to do a yoga class.
Have you tried strength training? I think it is great. I love feeling strong and building muscle really helps you burn more calories.

Glad you found my blog. Thanks for commenting. Look at you go with your workouts, great job. Hubby and I were doing strength training for a while but stopped. We definitely need to get back to it.
