September is Better Breakfast Month. I really love breakfast although I wait a while before I have mine. I wake up, have my coffee and then breakfast.
Here are some good healthy breakfast ideas for you to try this month. Do you love any of these as much as I do?
Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are great for those people who are always running late in the morning. These are made the night before and placed in the fridge. So yummy!
Breakfast Cookie
I have always loved the Original Breakfast Cookie from the Fitnessista. So quick and tasty.
Smoothies/Juicing
One of my all time favorite go to breakfast is the smoothie. Mine is always pretty simple, oatmeal and chia seeds, chocolate protein powder, peanut butter, almond milk and ice. But I do love green smoothies too! And juicing makes a great start to any day.
It’s important to start your day with a healthy breakfast. I know a lot of people that just don’t like to eat so much in the morning so I recommend that you have a little something even if it’s a banana and some peanut butter or even some veggies. Nuts would be a good start to a day and maybe some yogurt.

Overnight oats are my absolute favorite breakfast! I have them every M-F. That breakfast cookie looks pretty yummy too! Going to have to try that.

Overnight oats are so delicious. I love that you can do so much with them but I usually do the same thing each time lol
