This week’s workouts were OK. After our 3 big walks last weekend over the Labor Day holiday, I was hurting pretty bad. My right knee has been swollen all week and I have been icing it but still doing other workouts, a bit lighter than usual. Was able to walk today so that was good and look forward to more nice walks next weekend. So here are my workouts for the week. Overall, good.
Monday-
*Walk outside
Miles: 4.5
Tuesday-
*Pilates
Time: 1 hr
Wednesday-
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
*Vertical Knee Lifts
Total: 5
Thursday-
*Personal training
Time: 30 min
Friday-
*Personal training
Time: 30 min.
Saturday- Day off! Was supposed to walk but didn’t feel well and just took it easy….went shopping! LOL
Sunday-
*Vertical Knee Lifts
Total: 20 (not in a row yet)
*Spin class
Time: 1 hr
*Walk outside (little bit of running thrown in)
Time: 1 hr+
Miles: 3.23
Goals for this week? Spin 3x, Pilates, 2 personal training days, 2 walks and not sure what else. I would like to throw in some in home workouts like Walk Away the Pounds or Turbo Jam. We’ll see how it all plays out!

I love that sign, too! All I’ve been doing lately is going on walks – just trying to soak up the sun before winter sets in – bleh.
